VAMPIRES EVERYWHERE!: Video Interview Posted Online

January 6, 2013

Bryan Odell, a reporter from Lincoln, Nebraska, recently conducted an interview with Los Angeles-based goth-metallers VAMPIRES EVERYWHERE! on October 31, 2012 in Dallas, Texas during the "Inked Music Tour" with ALESANA. You can now watch the chat below.

VAMPIRES EVERYWHERE!'s sophomore album, "Hellbound And Heartless", sold around 2,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release. The CD landed at position No. 10 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.

"Hellbound And Heartless" was released on June 19, 2012 via Hollywood Waste Records. According to a press release, the CD "showcases the darker side of VAMPIRES EVERYWHERE!, focusing on message-driven lyrics and deriving musical influence from industrial rock icons such as MARILYN MANSON and ROB ZOMBIE. "

"Hellbound And Heartless" was co-produced by the band and Mike Sarkisyan and Tommy Decker, both members of Grammy-nominated alternative-metal act SPINESHANK. Every song on the album presents a fresh, new morsel of gothic darkness for fans to sink their teeth into.

VAMPIRES EVERYWHERE!'s "Drug Of Choice" video can be seen below. The clip was directed by Robby Starbuck (ESCAPE THE FATE, ASKING ALEXANDRIA, PIERCE THE VEIL) and "truly captures the paradoxical squalor and glamour of the song," according to a press release.

VAMPIRES EVERYWHERE! last year parted ways with bassist Philip Kross.
